We offer dog training group classes for dogs and owners who have already completed a program with us. We have found it is frustrating for all group class members when every dog in class is disobedient and disruptive. Dogs progress at different paces and come in with a wide variety of behavioral issues, which is why we individualize each training program to suit your specific needs on the front end.
However, group classes are an excellent way to reinforce training and expose your dog to numerous controlled distractions similar to what you would encounter in the real world. The dogs involved in our group classes already have a strong foundation of obedience training. There is minimal barking. Other dogs in class will not be lunging at other owners or their dogs. And as a result, all of the participants and their dogs feel less overwhelmed.
